CPR and first aid training in English.

We train teams in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid across Sweden, in English, at your own workplace. The price covers the whole group of up to 15 people — 8 700 SEK excluding VAT for a two-hour CPR course with a defibrillator, all equipment included.

We usually reply the same day.

Digital certificate for every participant
What you learn

Two hours, and everyone has done it.

The course is practical from start to finish. Every participant compresses a manikin, gives rescue breaths and attaches the pads of a training defibrillator — knowing the theory is not the same as having done it once.

We follow the Swedish Resuscitation Council’s 2026 guidelines. If a participant has learned CPR abroad, the differences are worth knowing: the Swedish protocol calls for an emergency call to 112 immediately on finding an unresponsive person, before checking breathing.

Recognising cardiac arrest — unresponsive, not breathing normally
Calling 112 and what the operator needs to know
Chest compressions, 5–6 cm deep at 100–120 per minute
Rescue breaths and the 30:2 cycle
Using an automated external defibrillator
The recovery position for someone unconscious but breathing
Choking — back blows and abdominal thrusts
Scenario practice in pairs, start to finish
Questions

Practical details.

Yes. The instructor teaches in English, and the slides, the practical demonstrations and the certificate are all in English. It is the same course as the Swedish one, with the same content and the same guidelines — only the language differs.

A course in English costs 10 percent more than the standard rate. For CPR training with a defibrillator that means 8 700 SEK excluding VAT for the whole group of up to 15 participants — not per person. The surcharge covers preparation, not a different course.

Anywhere in Sweden. We come to your workplace and bring manikins, a training defibrillator and all course material. You need a room of roughly 30 square metres with chairs, where participants can lie on the floor to practise. Travel is included in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö; for other locations we calculate the travel cost and state it in the quote before you accept.

CPR with a defibrillator, paediatric CPR, and first aid. The advanced courses for healthcare professionals are normally held in Swedish, since they follow Swedish treatment protocols — ask us and we will tell you what is possible.

Healthcare professionals — nurses, paramedics and physicians. Hjärtgruppen is a healthcare provider registered with the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO), and our instructors are certified by the Swedish Resuscitation Council, whose guidelines the course follows.

Send us two or three dates that suit you and we will confirm, usually the same day. You are not committed until the booking is confirmed.
